The result of the fusion of the most exquisite varieties grown in our vineyards. On the nose, the floral notes of merlot, red berries of tempranillo, the spicy and balsamic notes of cabernet and the minerals and black fruit of syrah are masterfully combined. An elegant wine filled with nuances.
Ideal with smoked, roasted or red meats, and even lighter dishes like rabbit in sauce with plums, or a dessert with cheese as the main ingredient, such as a cheese and yogurt cake with redcurrants.
