By combining ancestral techniques with the most avant-garde ones, we have succeeded in producing a Reserva that, besides being a balanced wine, has a great potential for bottle aging.


It pairs well with flavourful dishes such as grilled robellones with parsley and garlic, or beans with fine clams and cuttlefish, as well as red meat, stews or cured cheeses.
