The wine with the most peninsular character in our range, as tempranillo is the base of its varietal composition. Cabernet Sauvignon contributes to reinforce its structure. A flattering wine, full of nuances that knows how to skilfully combine power with delicacy.
It enhances smoked foods, meats, such as an oak and rosemary grilled smoked entrecôte or some pork ribs baked with clove infusion, as well as stews and cheeses.
