At ENATE we aim to offer our visitors and workers total safety and comfort during their visits to our winery. To do so, the following measures have been taken:

  • Reduced admission for visits, tastings, the store, and the wine bar
  • We have adapted our interior and exterior areas to guarantee interpersonal safety distances, thus complying with safety guidelines.
  • We have adapted the visits, reducing groups, and promoting individual formats.
  • Sanitizing stations in several areas of the winery
    Thorough cleaning and disinfection of the equipment used during each visit
  • Staff training in health prevention and safety
    Personal Protection Equipment provided to all our staff
  • Increased surveillance of the disinfection and hygiene of our facilities
  • The digitalization of our services and bookings, as well as encouraging payment by card

 

We advise you to respect the following instructions during your visit:

  • Remember to bring your own personal protective equipment: facemask and gloves. If you do not have personal protective equipment, please consult our staff before your visit. We will inform you about the nearest places where you can buy it, or, if we have it in stock at the time, we can provide it for you.
  • Disinfectant gel available at various areas of the winery. Use it upon entry, exit or upon passing through common areas, or feeling the need to do so.
  • Footwear disinfectant available, you can use the disinfection mats located at the visitors’ entrance

 

Staff Information

  • At ENATE we focus on your safety, so it is important that you always comply with our staff´s instructions and recommendations. Also, you should inform our staff about any possible risks or dangers that you should identify.
  • We would appreciate your collaboration in providing additional information of a personal nature that we may request due to current sanitary crisis, and that is justified to prevent a possible outbreak.

 

DURING THE VISIT

  • It is advisable to avoid touching surfaces in common areas. In case of any doubts, please consult our staff. We will also be able to resolve any doubts by telephone prior to your visit.
  • When coming across staff members, or other visitors who are not part of your group, please keep a distance of at least 2 meters if possible.
  • We will provide the glasses and materials that have been properly disinfected and treated for the activity.
    Always act with the utmost caution and, if in doubt, ask our staff.
