Varieties: Merlot, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon ¬ Syrah.

Ageing: matured for sixteen  months in 225 litre barrels.

Tasting Notes: very expressive nose with red fruits notes (blackberry, redcurrants) and spicy and balsamic bouquet (paprika, oregano). Full bodied with rich and soft tannins and a full toasty aftertaste.

Serving Suggestions: Enhances many game dishes, smoked foods, roasts and red meats. Best served between 16-18 ºC.
