Full bodied, the balancing acid gives this wine a lively and supple character. This wine has shown continuity collecting 3 consecutive Golden Bacchus awards for Best Spanish Rosé. Its evolution on the palate gives a long flavoursome finish accentuated by varietal aromas.

Serving Suggestions: Serve at 8-10 °C. The wine will show its best with poultry in currant sauces, rice dishes, pastas, soufflés, etc.
