Varieties: 100 % Cabernet Sauvignon.

Ageing: Matured for 12 months in French oak barrels and 24 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes: Dark cherry colour. The bouquet is reminiscent of earthy fruit, redcurrants and blackberries with hints of truffles, cinnamon, mint, vanilla and pepper. The palate shows firm tannins overlaid with toasty tobacco flavours and ripe berries leading to a long finish.

Serving Suggestions: When drunk at 16-18 °C, this wine enhances many meat dishes, especially game.
