Tasting Notes: The Gewürztraminer grape produces some of the greatest Alsace wines. It is also perfectly adapted to our ENATE vineyards. "Gewürz" means spicy, and its characteristic is amply present in this wine. The bouquet is complex and exuberant, full of tones of honey and flowers (roses). On the palate it is chewy, with sweet nuances showing, especially in its aftertaste although the wine is dry.

Serving Suggestions: 8-10 °C. Macedonias, strong cheeses and foie-gras.
