Winemaker’s impressions

The Rhone grape travelled first to Australia and now settles in the Somontano varietal garden to enclose the most authentic ENATE terroir in each bottle. A real treat.

Pairing

Perfect with game dishes, such as duck breast with currant reduction, stews, roasts, and also with an Iberian jowl cooked at low temperature with teriyaki sauce, or smoked meat.
