This wine is the result of the fusion of the best cabernets from our vineyards. Its more serious, Atlantic touch combines with its Mediterranean, sweet toothed and flattering character, to prove that Somontano gives shelter to great, elegant cabernets.

Pairing

Ideal with smoked foods, stews and red meats, or savoury dishes such as snails with ham and sweet paprika oil, or garden vegetable moussaka.
