This is a wine that exudes exuberance, going straight to the senses. Its name is also consistent with the vigorousness it shows in the palate. Without a doubt, this is the wine that made us come of age as red wine makers.

Pairing

It enhances game dishes, stews, smoked and elaborated dishes as an Angus burger with caramelized onions and melted Stilton cheese, or some Iberian pork meatballs with Spanish sauce.
